Michael McMillan currently serves as a Sales Manager and Producer with Swanson Insurance Group, bringing extensive leadership and sales experience within the insurance industry. Prior to joining Swanson Insurance Group, Michael held roles as a Vice President of Sales and Commercial Producer, building a strong reputation for relationship management, contract negotiation, and strategic client service.

 

Born and raised in Pendleton, Michael has deep roots in Eastern Oregon and a passion for the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. He attended Washington State University, where he played Division I football, and later attended Eastern Oregon University, where he played basketball.

 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the adventures the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Whether hiking, fishing, bird hunting, or exploring with his husky, Winter, he values the balance between professional success, family, and the outdoors.

 

Michael also treasures time with his daughter, Rylee, who has been active in volleyball and is now attending Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana. After spending the last 20 years in the Willamette Valley, Michael returned to the Pendleton area in 2026 to be closer to family, community, and the region he proudly calls home.
