Ben Rodriguez joined Swanson Insurance Group as a Producer, bringing with him a strong background in both technical operations and the agricultural community of the Pacific Northwest.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ben spent 21 years with Williams Northwest Gas Pipeline as a Senior Gas Pipeline Technician, where he developed a reputation for professionalism, problem-solving, and dependable service. After more than two decades in the energy industry, Ben decided to pursue a new career path and obtained his insurance licenses in both Oregon and Washington.

Ben initially launched his own agency in Oregon, but soon realized he wanted to be part of an organization with an established reputation, strong leadership, and the resources to continue learning and growing professionally. That led him to The Swanson Insurance Group, where he is excited to build lasting relationships and continue expanding his knowledge within the insurance industry.

Born and raised in Stanfield, Ben has deep roots in the agricultural lifestyle and communities of the region. He has long been involved in the cattle and equine industries and is also an avid hunter and fisherman. His background includes years of experience guiding outdoor adventures, giving him a strong appreciation for the people, businesses, and way of life that drive rural communities throughout the Northwest.

From 2023 to 2025, Ben also worked with the Northwest Livestock Commission, further strengthening his connection to the livestock industry and the agricultural producers he now serves through insurance.
