Josh Ball brings a wealth of diverse experience to the insurance industry, building on a distinguished 15-year career as a leader in the U.S. Army Intelligence Community. His leadership and problem-solving skills were honed through high-pressure situations, strategic planning, and team development. Following his military service, Josh transitioned to the agriculture industry, where he spent 4 years as a technology product specialist and account manager. In this role, he successfully blended his technical expertise with a client-focused approach to drive product adoption and cultivate lasting business relationships.

 

As a newcomer to the insurance industry, Josh is eager to apply his leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills to help clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence. Outside of his professional endeavors, Josh is an avid fitness enthusiast and a dedicated basketball coach. He thrives on motivating others, whether it's helping athletes push their limits on the court or encouraging colleagues to reach their full potential in the workplace.

 

Josh enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their two young children, JB and Virginia. Together, they enjoy a balanced lifestyle that emphasizes health, learning, and family bonds.
